All our game meats are pasture-raised on a natural diet – if not entirely grass-fed – with no antibiotics or growth hormones. We have creative burgers and sandwiches available for those not quite ready to explore the exotic. We have vegetarian items and vegan and gluten-free options available, too. Meet Luigi and Nick, the force behind Taste of Napoli. Luigi, born and raised in Napoli (Italy) for 23 years, carries the secrets of his mothers recipes in his heart. Nick brings his business acumen and attention to detail to the operation.

Every San Marzano tomato, slice of Fior di Latte mozzarella, and grain of 00 flour are carefully selected to ensure the utmost quality and genuine flavor.

Just Desserts and Concessions – Just Desserts and Concessions, is your ultimate mobile dessert and concessions unit. We bring all of the concession favorites like hot fresh pretzels, lemonade, fried Oreos, nachos and cheese, churro, hot fresh donuts, and more.

We are most known for our gourmet funnel cakes. Our fluffy funnel cakes are topped with items like fresh strawberries, cheesecake, Reeses peanut butter chunks, ice cream, and more for the ultimate funnel cake experience.

Wetzel’s Pretzels – Armed with a vision and a tasty recipe for soft pretzel perfection, Bill Phelps and Rick Wetzel opened the first Wetzel’s Pretzels bakery in Redondo Beach, Calif., in 1994. Long lines of hungry customers soon formed, attracted by mouth-watering soft pretzels that were hand-rolled, baked fresh, and served hot from the oven. As word spread about these golden-on-the-outside pretzels, the company added offerings to its menu.

Today, Wetzel’s Pretzels has grown to more than 340 fresh bakeries across the United States and worldwide, including premier locations at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
